La hacienda es espectacular, preciosa, la comida estuvo bien, el servicio de los meseros increíble.
La recepcionista no nos dejaba salir por una cuenta del aérea de la piscina aún enseñándole recibo de pago. Habían cucarachas en la habitación.

Excelente limpieza, comida y zonas verdes, hermoso lugar. Punto extra porque al momento de presentarme en recepción para manifestarles una situación sobre el ruido de un evento, la persona que me atendió resolvió inmediatamente.

Bueno con posibilidades de mejora
El aire acondicionado divino no sonaba nada y enfrio poco , pudo estar mas frio el cuarto. Las cortinas aunque tenia blackout no quitaron el sol de la mañana, deberian de poner unas que si opaquen el cuarto entraba la luz por el piso impresionante.
el servicio del buffett malisimo ! tuvimos que pedir el cafe 3 veces y cuando los trajeron no fue con la leche que pedimos. Los meserosla verdad nunca nos dieron servilletas de tela ni de papel una constante estar pidiendoles cosas. Deberia mejorar !
